Rights of the website user

Under the Protection of Privacy Law 5741-1981 (“the Protection of Privacy Law”), every user in entitled to apply to Redwood and ask to scrutinize identification information gathered about him and kept in Redwood’s information database. Redwood gives no binding guarantee that its systems of protection and information security are immune from any attempt at penetration and/or unauthorized entry by a third party, nor does Redwood guarantee that the website and its systems will be totally immune against unauthorized access to the information, including to information fed into the website by users.
